About the Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Science Congress (UPASC2026)
Since independence, India's agricultural sector has made spectacular progress. A nation's amazing transition from food insecurity to food surplus is a success story. Still, there are many constraints being faced by modern agriculture such as resources depletion, climate change, and changing consumers’ demand. The scientific and technological developments in the fields of biotechnology, digital agriculture, precision sustainable practices farming, and present huge prospects. To increase research and development as per the climate and soil, we must prepare ourselves and make sincere efforts. To exploit full potential of the technological advancements as a global leader in competitive, climate resilient, and sustainable agriculture, the agricultural industry must overcome these challenges and take advantage of the opportunities. The next twenty-two years, leading to the centenary of India’s independence in 2047, which is referred to as the Amrit Kaal, offer vast opportunities to revamp agriculture sector through bold policy reforms, cutting-edge research, inclusive education, extension system.

We are cordially inviting you to participate in the Uttar Pradesh Agricultural Science Congress on “Transforming Agriculture for Viksit Krishi–Viksit Bharat @2047” being organized by UPCAR at Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, Jhansi (U.P.) during 14-16 February 2026. The organizing committee is confident that the congress will have many participants with your support and seeks the cooperation of you all in giving wide publicity among interested people. We are looking forward in meeting you at Jhansi during 14-16 Feb. 2026.
Note: Each session will feature invited speakers, contributory papers and posters.
Guidelines for Abstract Submission
- Participants are requested to submit their abstract (not exceeding 300 words)
- The abstract should be typed in Times new roman “word” format. The author(s) name (s) and their affiliation must be in 10 font size.
- The text and title should be in 12 font size. Send the registration form (Google form) by 15 January 2026 to Organizing Secretaries of the conference at Email: rlbcau.upasc2026@gmail.com
Note: The organizers reserve the right to reject and edit any of the abstract that do not meet the requirements
Guidelines for Oral Presentation
Young Scientist Award (Poster Presentation): This award will be presented to the best poster presentation during the conference, which will be evaluated by a team of subject specialists.
Young Scientist Award (Oral Presentation):
This award will be given to the best oral presentation during the conference. Maximum age limit to receive the award is 35 years (subject to submission of proof).
